Definitely the case here. I can also confirm disabling the overlay resolves the issue.

I can only recommend disabling the steam overlay for the time being. Right click on CRUMB in your steam library and you can change the setting under general

I'm also experiencing this, it's often green. Actually it just occurred to me.... I wonder if this is the steam FPS counter being rendered in the wrong place?
